Some people are really fucking fat. True story. Whatever, that’s fine but it annoys the piss out of me how much people complain about it. If you are okay with being fat, then be fat. If not, FUCKING DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. It’s like we don’t understand consequences whatsoever… Heeeey, I’m just gonna eat this three-story high cheeseburger and large fries and it will be aweeeesome! Yeah, it’s filling and delicious at the time, but many people don’t have any clue of the effects from that shit meal. Being in the medical field, I’ve seen patients with one trillion co-morbidities. And from my point of view, they all stem from being obese. Obviously you can’t control all disease processes, but how about some prevention, people? Hypertension, Type II Diabeeeetus, atherosclerosis and all sorts of fun heart diseases, COPD, etc, etc. It’s annoying. I always hope that after being diagnosed with one serious disease, people would grow the heck up and take care of their bodies. But most times it just leads to more and more health problems, not to mention they can’t even get out of their damn bed without assistance.
After saying all of this, yes, I realize that I am not the healthiest eater in the world, and I enjoy some shit food too. But I am always CONSCIOUS of what I am putting in my body and feel guilty about it the rest of the day. Not that that makes a huge difference or anything, but fuck. Some people are just so unaware and ignorant. I’ve also noticed that people have no clue what is “good” or healthy for them to eat. I see bitches all the time saying they are on a diet, so they’re gonna eat salad. Good for them! -That’s nice to see. However, their idea of a healthy salad is iceberg lettuce, cheese, ranch dressing, and croutons. So basically they aren’t getting anything but a nice glob of fat. Nothing nutritious whatsoever. It’s things like this that just make me realize that they have no clue what is healthy or not. Also, people eating apple pie to get a serving of fruit. Are you fucking kidding me. Just because it has apples IN it, does not qualify it as being healthy. I get so FRUSTRATED by these things, and it makes me think that humans are stupid. Period.
Also, if you want to lose weight…eat truly healthy and work out. That’s it. None of this starving yourself, taking diet pills, or Weight Watchers shit. Eat healthy. Work out. Sounds simple, right? But you have to be completely dedicated to it, and that’s the problem. We always want the easy way out, so of course just taking a pill every day or sprinkling enzymes on your food is so EASY. But is it healthy? Highly doubtful. I just don’t understand why people are always complaining that they’ve tried everything and they can’t lose any weight…well have you started with the basics? Ha. Also, people want to see results right away! You aren’t going to lose 10 lbs. in a week and notice a dramatic difference by exercise and eating right. Shit takes time. Maybe you can learn some patience while you’re at it. You have to have a LIFESTYLE change, not just a two-week diet, or else DUH, you will gain every pound back and be just as unhealthy as ever.
Sooo people, educate yourselves. Have a second thought before you get that Big-Mac, and CARE about yourself. If you’re fat and happy, then so be it. But if you’re fat, unhealthy, and hate it, then get off your ass and do something. In this case, ignorance is not bliss, because that shit will catch up to you no matter if you ignore it or not.
Well, that’s my rant for the day…I’m off to eat some fried cheese! :)
